  • Explaining the process for marketing and selling property through a Real Estate Agent and reviewing the paperwork involved.
  • Assisting on determining the best list price for your home and provide suggestions for making the property even more marketable.
  • Submitting your home to the Multiple Listing Service provided by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Your home will be advertised on the Real Estate Board's Internet sites and in the Board's publication REALTYLINK IN PRINT which is widely available throughout the Lower Mainland and Sea To Sky Corridor.
  • Displaying a professional 'For Sale' sign at the front of your property which can also advertise Open Houses, Price Reductions, etc.
  • Submitting your property to the weekly Real Estate Agent’s Tour. This allows sales representatives in the area to view and become acquainted with your home. They will also provide their professional opinion as to current market value.
  • Advertising your home on various websites: squamishproperties.ca, squamishrealestate.com, christinamusselwhite.com, mls.ca, etc.
  • Having Highlight Information Sheets available at your home for all showings, to identify features and provide photographs. A Highlight Sheet will also be placed in our downtown office window.
  • Advertising your home in Squamish, Whistler and Vancouver Newspapers.
  • Participating in showing your property and conducting Open Houses.
  • Providing regular feedback on all showings, openhouses and activity concerning your home.
  • Advising you of any changes in the market, both in prices and change in the money market and their possible effects on the sale of your property.
  • Representing you during presentation of all offers and negotiating the best possible price and terms for you.
  • Providing support after the contract has been accepted, on closing procedures and other property related issues through to possession of the property by the new owner.
